Refund

  • RedOne USA does accept refunds within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be accepted for a refund the product must be unopen and the seal must not be tampered with.
  • The company does require that you must notify us in advance to receive a Refund Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Without this number, we will not accept the return.
  • We do not refund the shipping cost nor do we provide return labels. The return postage must be paid by the customer and we do recommend that you receive a tracking number when sending a package to us to ensure we do receive the package.
  • The refund will be processed the same day we receive the package to the original formof payment. We do not offer store credit nor exchanges in return. If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped out we will charge a 15% of the total as a restocking fee.
  • If the product is damaged in transit by shipping, we will be more than happy to replace however we need to be notified immediately and receive images of the product damaged.
