RedOne USA does accept refunds within 30 days of purchase.

RedOne USA does accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. To be accepted for a refund the product must be unopen and the seal must not be tampered with. The company does require that you must notify us in advance to receive a Refund Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Without this number, we will not accept the return. We do not refund the shipping cost, nor do we provide return labels. The return postage must be paid by the customer and we do recommend that you receive a tracking number when sending a package to us to ensure we receive the package. The refund will be processed the same day we receive the package to the original form of payment. We do not offer store credit nor exchanges in return. If you wish to cancel the order before it is shipped out, we will charge a 15% of the total as a restocking fee. The RMA must be written on the packing slip that was sent with your order and any free items that you might have received you will need to send them back as well or we will discount the item from the refund. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as the refund has been processed. If the product is damaged in transit by shipping, we will be more than happy to replace however we need to be notified immediately and receive images of the product damaged.

For our retail clients we apologize in advance for any damaged goods received, however once received package please send image of product to our email Once images are received by our customer service we will get in contact with customer and proceed with our options to replace the damaged product.
